Okay, so here’s the skinny – ABC 15 / Sonoran Living invited me on to talk about the book that critics are calling “gripping” and “realism gold.” Un-Adoptable? Faith Beyond Foster Care hit the stands in January of 2020 and has been considered a “must-read” by parenting experts, foster care workers and parents, and psychologists, alike. (Pretty amazing!)
The host, Terri O. has her own copy of the book and she had some lovely things to say about adoption and fostering in general.
My baby boy was in the studio audience, quiet as a mouse. We celebrated afterward with mochas and a nap.
And… please don’t mind my scratchy voice. I also sing on the weekends and teach online classes at all hours of the day. I knew it was bad, but… eesh…
